If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the knife in its original box and ensure it is securely wrapped to prevent damage or movement during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
